Track My Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Steps to Track My Order

Order ID:

  • Enter your unique order ID (sent via email upon successful purchase).
  • Example: ORD12345

Billing Email:

  • Enter the email address associated with your billing information.
  • This should be the email used while placing the order.

Check My Account:

  • If you’re logged into your account, go to the “My Orders” section for details.
  • Make sure you are signed in with the correct email.

Track Shipment:

  • Once your order is confirmed, your billing email will send tracking information (courier details and tracking number).
  • Enter your tracking number on the courier’s website for real-time updates.

Delivery Status:

  • Monitor your email or account for shipment and delivery update notifications.
