- A customer may choose to return an item for any one of the 3 reasons mentioned below
- Damaged products
- Wrong item shipped
- Want of a different variant of the same product or different product.
- In all above cases, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order.
- In case “a” images of the damaged good must be sent via email. It us upto Skyler corps sole discretion whether or not to accept any claims of damage at the time of receipt.
- In case of “b” We require images of the wrong product via email and will ship the right product upon receipt of the wrong product from the customer.
- In case “c” it is the at the sole discretion of skyler to decide whether or not the exchange is possible.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

*Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you any support in the form of returns & exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and do not hold any warranty support.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty & Claims
- Warranty against manufacturing defects for the following brands is 6 months from the date of purchase. Acceptance of claims is at the sole discretion of Skyler Corp.

- Warranty against manufacturing defects for all other brands sold on by us is as per terms of the respective importers/manufacturers. Kindly visit the official page of the importer or manufacturers for more information. In case of such claims, we will only act as a facilitator. The final decision for whether or not to accept the claim is at the sole discretion of the importer/manufacturer.
- Any items sold in a sale or at a discount are not covered under warranty.
